The pharmacists & staff at the Hutchinson Walmart Pharmacy are outstanding. They recognize me when I come in and are always friendly & helpful. They treat me with respect, kindness, courtesy and concern, a rarity these days. When my daughter was having some serious issues with insurance regulations that we couldn't navigate, Crystal & Mark stepped in to guide and advocate. This truly made a huge difference in our lives. I am so grateful for the care of this group of people in a day & age that is especially challenging, busy & stressful. Bravo! & deepest heart-felt thanks! I highly recommend this pharmacy! If you're calling in to check on anything, please ask for C.C. or Shawn. These are the two most knowledgeable Rx techs in Hutchinson. Coming from Branson Missouri to here I can even say that they are probably more knowledgeable than all of Missouri combined. Today Shawn knew his stuff without a millisecond of thought. C.C., anytime I call she has gone above and beyond anything that I could expect or even hope for in finding out about my medicine seeing if there's an alternative seeing if there's a way to get around the wait even. When I call there if these two are not working I'll gladly wait and call back the next day. These 2 are the only reason i get my meds filled at Walmart. Management better read this and at very minimum, they've earned at least one paid day of leave. Just not when i need my meds... Lol.
